My Approach to Private Tuition

I believe in trusting the inner potentialities of individual students whatever the context is. I deeply feel everyone can solve any problem by themselves if we, the mentors can switch on the trigger effectively with correct information, appropriate teaching methods & empathy. My approach to private tuition always starts with an initial meet up, understanding the need and perspective of the student (or the guardian) on the need, assess deadline and timeline before formal start with the structured plan to help the student. I try to create interest by engaging students in creative thinking on the issue & I like to ensure that the students are also enjoying this learning process. I consider myself as a passionate story teller to visualize the learning content as a story in front of the students so that they can remember the basic concept and implement where needed. Exam is equally important to me & I focus on exam-oriented preparation to achieve the best grade within the limit of the students.
