My Approach to Private Tuition

I believe tutoring works best when the student feels most comfortable and is genuinely interested by the subject, and I try to achieve this by having conversations and debates. Before secondary school, I struggled at school, and found concepts difficult to grasp and remember. However after being taught for a few months by a patient and exciting tutor, my grades improved dramatically. Subsequently, the subjects I have enjoyed and excelled at most have been those where the teacher has made the content interesting and relevant to my own experiences. In my sessions I try my best to make the work as engaging and stimulating as possible. But no two tutees are the same, so I am extremely adaptable in my teaching style.
