I think that every student is unique and no student can be taught in the same way.
I like to assess a student’s needs before moving any further.
Find out his/her expectations from me and then and work together to set goals. I prefer dividing all tasks into smaller goals and have a greater goal toward which we build up.
I have been involved with teaching junior medical students since 2010. I have also acted as an Academic and Social Counsellor to students on guiding them how to complete tasks within a given time frame, timetable design, and coping with other social stresses.
I completed my A-Levels back in 2008 with an “A” in biology after which I went on to study medicine which I graduated with a 2:1 in 2013.
I’m currently a full time PhD student at UCL and my field of specialty is cardiovascular science (molecular biology). I’m also enrolled in a part time Masters in Health Professions Education which is due to complete in 2016.
I completed both my GCSEs and A-Levels in 2 years at the age of 13 and was done with Medicine at the age of 18 years!
