My Experience

I have 10 years of HR management experience as a HR Practitioner in Professional Services covering all aspects of HRM. My experience includes Strategic People Management, HR Project Management, Policy Implementation and Operational HR regarding the employee life cycle of Recruitment, Induction, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Reward & Remuneration and Performance Management & Termination.

I have been coaching & mentoring Accounting Professionals in HR topics for Non-HR Managers and less experienced HR Professionals for 5 years+ via one-to-one sessions on HRM & Business Development topics. I have acted as a career Coach/Mentor for several years regarding the Chartered Institute Personnel & Development (CIPD) Level 3 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma topics and essays. I have attended London sessions held by the positive thinking guru Tony Robbins and seek to apply his techniques as a Tutor.

I have 4 years of Business Development experience within Multi-National Professional Services. I built a business unit from no fee income to £250,000 fee income during the 4 year period. I can offer students guidance based on actual practical experience of business management issues regarding essays and/or case studies.

I am currently studying for the Cambridge University CELTA regarding my English Second Other Language (ESOL) teaching qualification.

I will assist you to achieve your goal or help you create a plan to complete your assignment. I will enable you to complete your work through Tutor guidance and constructive feedback.

HRM & Business Management topics are not usually black or white, but a matter of exercising personal judgement. I will identify your level of knowledge. After providing additional knowledge, I use role plays and other scenario based training techniques to encourage my students to visualize how they can find solutions.

I want my students to understand what it is like being a HR Practitioner. To use both your professional and personal experience to improve your decision making. I will assess your strengths and discuss Marcus Buckingham strengths based HR solutions and Tony Robbins positive thinking solutions.

I enjoy the experience of being a Tutor and want to add value for my students.

Fun fact

I complete  indoor cycling high intensity training (HIT) sessions each week. I enjoy exercise but not the combination of rain and wind in a typical UK winter!
