My Passion & How I Inspire

From the outset I like to establish the stated goals students have to ensure we are working towards the same objective so we can be both be satisified with the results in the end.

My focus when it comes to tutoring is clear - I tend to ensure my students get enough exam practice and focus on developing their exam technique throughout the process. This then allows me to work closely with them on areas where they are weaker and use that as the basis of focusing their studies and revision.

My Experience

I have extensively tutored and mentored students and professionals in the past.

University level and professional tutoring has focused on supporting individuals through specific areas including accounting, finance, risk management. I have also supported, guided and mentored over 15 candidates into leading roles; these roles have included investment banking, accountancy, private equity to name a few.

This has included formally tutoring GCSE level students through to more frequent informal tutoring of younger students; all on a broad range of subjects including the Sciences and Maths.

I currently sit on the board of my companys multi-million pound foundation focused on children at the edge of care. We have divested over 11m since formation to a broad range of small scale and national initiatives, many of which are focused on education and development.

I was also a school governor of a leading primary school in Lewisham, London. This gave me a broad understanding of the challenges facing the schools, the teachers and most importantly the students.
