I look at training from a holistic perspective, seeing the body as a whole working system so that students can improve overall function and performance that can be translated into their particular sport, event or physical aim.
This approach will involve many aspects coming together as one to reach the overall goal. Physical aspects such as posture, body composition and muscular imbalances will all be monitored. Other aspects such as lifestyle management and nutrition will also be analysed and organised to ensure goals are reached. These goals will be set and regularly reviewed to ensure development and progress becomes the norm.
