My Passion & How I Inspire

Work with me and we will quickly pinpoint the areas of your application that need refining to secure that all-important place at a UK Medical School.

Sessions with me will be intense; I am not just looking to get you into Medical School, but to provide you with a toolkit for success once you are there.

I am passionate about communicating Science; at Europeā€™s largest Clinical Trials Unit I spend my day ā€˜translatingā€™ complicated medical and research topics into engaging and informative content. I teach researchers how best to communicate their research to various audiences, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients. I transfer this passion for teaching across to my tutoring.

My Experience

As a private tutor I have helped prospective medical students with every aspect of their application. I have worked with tutees on personal statements, BMAT and UKCAT admissions tests, and both traditional-style interviews and Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) formats.

As Director of a Medical Education company I led a team to provide lectures and online content for medical students. We also ran courses for students just before their final medical school exams.

Working at Europeā€™s largest Clinical Trials Unit I engage with students from in2science, an award-winning charity that empowers students from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their potential and progress to STEM and research careers.
