My teaching philosophy is to train every student to become effective self-learner. This requires students to spend at least four to five hours outside my teaching hours for reading/watching materials that I suggest to them and digesting the contents that I deliver during class. This has proved to be a successful method based on my past experience.
I have coached students at the undergraduate level for chemical engineering subjects and project works over the past two years. All my students achieved their learning objectives within the required time frame.
