My Passion & How I Inspire

I teach from experience. As a graduate of a celebrated US institution and recipient of two highly competitive and prestigious fellowships (Truman and Marshall Scholarships), I am familiar with the US college application process and I know what it takes to be successful in this highly competitive process. I am committed to helping your child reach their fullest potential by creating unique, dynamic tutorial experiences. I believe in the application of “text book knowledge” to real world experiences and current events to make the material accessible and interesting. Through child-specific curriculums that take into account children’s learning styles, subjects, and goals, I create unique programs that attain student’s desired goals.

Academic success (especially in US institutions) is not just about student’s ability to comprehend academic material, but it is also about developing key skills such as organization, leadership, and efficiency. In addition to helping students achieve their academic goals, I hope to hone other skills to make them successful applicants.

I have experience working with students 8-14 on English, math, and reading skills. Additionally, I have served as a tutor for SAT preparation at a premier London-based tutoring agency.

My Reviews

Tayler is an amazing tutor who has helped me achieve a great score with her positive attitude and wonderful tips and techniques. If one method does not quite work for me, she is always able to find another one that suits me best. With her help, I have greatly improved in various areas that I once was weak in. Tayler works hard to make sure that I am performing at my best ability and I would not have been able to receive the score I did without her.
