My Experience
2016-2018: Assisted first and second year Geography Students at Gonville and Caius College Cambridge with weekly essays, coursework and dissertation planning.
2016: Selected to teach English in Japan to undergraduates at Kobe Women's University and the University of Hyogo for 7 weeks. Prior to going I received training from experienced teachers and developed detailed lesson plans.
2014-2015: Completed the RSY leadership course and volunteered to lead a two-week day camp (2014) and residential camp (2015). This encompassed planning and executing both fun and educational activities.
2015: As a School Prefect I was a teaching assistant for a Year 9 Math's Class and Year 7 Form Class, where I ran weekly hour-long sessions on various chosen topics.
My Qualifications
2018-present: Studying Management at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
2015-2018: Achieved a First in Geography at Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge. I took modules in both Human and Physical Geography and wrote a dissertation on Dendrochronology, where I used tree-rings to update an existing temperature record. My dissertation was awarded the Cambridge University William Vaughan Lewis Dissertation Prize and has been nominated for the Royal Geographical Society Quaternary Research Association Undergraduate Dissertation Prize. In addition to this, I was invited and attended the 10th World Dendrochronology Conference in Bhutan to discuss my dissertation findings.
2013-2015: At Watford Grammar School for Girls I achieved A-Levels in Geography (A*), Chemistry (A*) and Mathematics (A) and an AS-Level in Economics (A). I was awarded with the Geography Prize for the highest Geography A-Level Grade in the year.
2008-2013: At Yavneh College I achieved 10 GCSEs in Geography (A*), Chemistry (A*), Physics (A*), Biology (A*), Mathematics (A*), Religious Studies (A*), English Literature (A), English Language (A), Spanish (A) and Art (A).
In addition to academia, I have completed a number of Internships within the Finance Industry including; Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan (10 weeks, 2018), Equity Research at Fidelity International (8 weeks, 2017), Equity Sales at Nomura Holdings (2 weeks, 2016) and a Generalist Program at Morgan Stanley (1 week, 2014).
