Overall, as a professional IB tutor, I have more than 1,500 hours of IB tutoring experience under my belt with students at leading international schools in London. Moreover, I have tutored students with special needs and brought them from a predicted “3” in IB HL Economics to a “6” in less than 5 months.Similarly, I have leveraged my deep understanding of the GCSE and A-level Economics and Maths curriculum to focus heavily on exam technique with my tutees, which has allowed my students to exceed their own expectations when sitting exams. Finally, I have vast experience in running group lessons with approximately 4-5 students simultaneously. Some of the university destinations my students attended after being tutored by me include Harvard, Cambridge, Bath and Imperial.

My Passion And How I Inspire
Specializing in the IB, I am a one-in-a-kind tutor: I teach without a textbook because successful tutoring is built on explaining the rationale behind concepts rather than a tutor simply reading off of a textbook. I know the IB Maths and Economics syllabus inside-out, having sat the IB myself in 2012! However, given I believe there always exists room for improvement, I have developed a highly successful mutual tutor-tutee feedback process which allows for the best possible tuition outcome in the shortest space of time.
My genuine passion for teaching has allowed over 75% of my students every year to have scored a 7 in the subject I taught them!
Finally, all of my students have developed long-term relationships with me and constantly ask me to mentor them and guide them well beyond their high school years. Indeed, my friendly approach makes classes enjoyable and truly more of a conversation than what is experienced in a standard classroom setting!
