My aim is to engender confidence in my students in their abilities by specifically addressing any problems or issues they have with their subjects from the very outset. Tackling these issues earlier on often means children are able to progress through their studies confidently and comfortably. I am extremely passionate about tutoring and thus focus on creating a learning environment where my students are highly engaged and excited to learn.
I have had experience teaching 7+ English and Mathematics at an intensive Summer School based in North London for the past two consecutive years. I taught a class of 15 students and formulated my own lesson plans specifically aimed at preparing students for 7+ entrance exams at schools such as St Helen’s School, John Lyon’s, South Hampstead, Merchant Taylor’s and Haberdashers Aske’s Boys’ and Girls’.
I have also privately tutored in 7+ & 11+ English and Mathematics.
