My Passion & How I Inspire

At GCSE and above, I help to link up all the disparate bits of information floating around in the minds of students, so as to structure persuasive essays and give rigour and cohesion to intellectual thought. My approach is to balance content with strategy - making studentsĀ feel calm and in control, confident of their own ability rather than mine.Ā For 11+ I find helpful ways to remember stories, expand vocabulary and write with fluency. In both cases I take a special interest in the school and universities the student wishes to attend and tailor my approach accordingly.

My Reviews

ā€œOlivia came in at the eleventh hour, when everything seemed fairly overwhelming. She got on with our daughter like an older sister, whilst giving her a huge confidence boost and a plan of attack.ā€

Fun fact

I am obsessed with dogs, especially dachshunds!
