I believe the best teaching is hands on, fun, approachable and experiential. By experiential I mean learning by doing and not just by text book. It's important get to know my students as people. By doing that, the student and tutor enjoy a unique and productive learning experience tailored to the specific person.
The most important thing for me as a tutor is to ensure students are inspired, empowered and therefore motivated to be the best they can be using their own unique talents. To know that you have done your very best is a great feeling!
