My Passion & How I Inspire

I engage students by relating the problem to an everyday example as I find this helps them to understand better and draw attention to the heart of the issue. It also makes the problem seem more accessible and more interesting. This method also means students are more likely to remember the method of solving the problem for future questions and for when they tackle similar questions alone. I think it is very important to motivate students and make the lessons fun with rewards and games as then inevitably they are more likely to enjoy themselves and work harder!

My Experience
