My Passion And How I Inspire
I feel that getting to know what interests and motivates a student is essential in helping them achieve their results, in addition to creating a realistic structured study plan that is closely monitored. In addition, it’s important to focus on the facts rather than opinion about progress so I help students to see what it is that needs working on, on a micro level, and then their progress is quantifiable. I’m a big advocate of flexibility in learning so if a student prefers to study outside, then we can do that if it will enhance their learning. My aim is to create the optimum conditions for learning, both externally and internally, including boosting the student’s confidence so that they really feel they can do well, rather than just think it. I have found this a key to success. Finally, patience and a sense of humour and laughter while learning can go a long way and I bring these qualities to each and every class with excellent results.
