My Passion & How I Inspire

I tailor my tuition style to the needs of each individual student. This allows for a thorough understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, which is not always possible with standardised schooling. I will always try to assess a student’s understanding of a topic and develop this. Maths and economics are often taught as a set of rules and procedures. Whilst everybody’s style of learning is different it is my view that knowledge is far more grounded if you know how it is derived.  I am passionate about my subjects and always aim to instil in my pupils an interest in the subjects I teach. However, from my own experience I understand the importance of carefully considered exam preparation and I am able to offer invaluable insight into exam technique and revision strategies.
