At school and university, I was fortunate to benefit from some outstanding teaching - influences that I bring to my own tutoring style. I am not a spoon-feeder, recognising that every tutee will learn most and gain confidence from seeing the development of their own ideas with my guidance. I encourage all tutees to fire away with questions and think critically about their subject, so that they will have to confidence to tackle exams on their own.
