My Passion & How I Inspire

I always endeavour to customise my lessons according to each student, as I intrinsically believe that each person has different methods of learning and retaining information. I try to find out what kind of activities and areas of the subject the student enjoys most and works most productively with, in order to make the learning experience both stimulating and effective. I am enthusiastic about giving small quizzes at both the beginning and end of my lessons, where I can gage what the student has retained from their previous session with me, as well as recapping at the end of the lesson what they have learnt.

My Reviews

'We loved the way that Francesca tailored her lessons to our individual children’s needs every single lesson.' - Pablo Perruca

'Francesca was extremely patient with my son and we noticed a huge improvement in his Spanish by the end of her summer staying and working with us as a private tutor.' - Gilles Rey

'Not only did she follow the curriculum with our children, but she also encouraged them to go beyond, to discover elements of the subjects that really intrigued them, and to enjoy learning.' - Josiane Benet

'One of our sons found academic work very difficult, and he is not greatly interested in school. However, Francesca noticed this too, and instead of just sitting down with him and teaching him monotonously, she got him to do active learning activities that made him more responsive to his schoolwork, and we have since noticed a huge improvement in his grades.' - Celine Matthey
