I’m convinced that with the right support everyone can achieve their absolute best on an exam. Nerves and stress around exams are common and could sometimes stand in the way of getting the results you want. However, together we can find strategies for dealing with this that would work for you to gain more focus and confidence.
I have worked with children and families for many years and over the years I have worked for several schools providing therapy, counselling and stress coaching.
MSc in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health at London Metropolitan University. I have conducted my own research on the effects of co-sleeping which was awarded with a distinction and has recently been published by Infant Mental Health Journal.
Degree in Psychology (first), Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. In the last year of my degree, I studied specific modules in Child Psychology in Madrid at Universidad Complutense.
Additional training in Play therapy and Mindfulness.
