Whether it’s working through a couple past papers or teaching an entire syllabus I base my lessons on you as a learner. I believe it is so important to get to know you as an individual and understand how you think. I use initial lessons to test your ability and then make strategic, long-term plans based on how you work.
I put in a lot of enthusiasm, energy and time. I do want you to do well and so I expect a similar level of dedication. I try to make the sessions as fun as possible and I will always go out of my way to help you where I can.
I have been tutoring maths at GCSE, AS and A-Level since 2013. I have also tutored GCSE Biology and a bit of Further Mathematics since 2014. My students have all performed very well.
A-Level: Maths (A*), Further Maths (A), Chemistry (A), Biology(A) & AS-Latin (A)
GSCE: 10 x A*s (plus an A in additional maths),
Tyler & Bricklayers’ Mathematics 2012 Prize, Horners’ 2013 Biology Prize
Bishata tutored me once a week and offered much support in a subject I was struggling in. She always provided worksheets and we went through lots of practice papers where she helped me perfect my writing technique. Without her I wouldn't have gotten an A* at GCSE!
