Amrou

My Passion & How I Inspire

It has always been my belief that academia is a deeply personal pursuit, and accordingly, my emphasis in teaching is always on the individual at hand - helping each and every student find their own particular voice within a subject (no matter what subject or what level), thus helping build a very strong sense of self-belief when it come to their work.

When it comes to exam preparation, I work on building various strategies and formulas with my students, so that any new or alien question can be approached with confidence and without fear, indeed, with determination and excitement. I ask my students a lot of challenging questions as opposed to simply “telling them” information, so that they are always thinking and figuring out problems for themselves. I like to work my students hard.

Above all, it is my aim to imbue a love and passion for learning and education, and to encourage a strong sense of excitement and pride when it comes to work.
