My Passion & How I Inspire

My goal with private teaching is to ensure my students are learning in the most enjoyable and inspiring way! My approach is different for every student as each student learns in their own way.

Through my past experiences, I have the skills to work in a variety of ways, including: intense exam practice through solving questions, working with flashcards, quizzes or games to make learning more fun, I offer a variety of explanations to ensure students understand topics fully, etc.

Whichever method I use, I always ensure my student has connects with my approach.

My Experience

I am an invested and enthusiastic teacher. I have been teaching privately since 2011 and have experience working with students of all ages and abilities. I have taught privately at my home, at students’ homes and also have experience working in school environments. I worked as a Teaching Assistant at a secondary school, and had student-teacher experience at another school teaching classes of up to 30 students Music from KS3 to GCSE.

I have 6 years of experience working 1:1 with a student with visual impairment. This experience allowed me to be flexible, adaptable and accessible with my students, thus I always make sure to adjust my teaching to my students’ needs.
