My Passion & How I Inspire

As an experienced classroom teacher, having taught at South Hampstead High School for three years, I have quickly established myself as an enthusiastic, approachable and highly successful tutor in London, helping students gain places at their preferred institutions from 7+ to University level. I specialise in German, Italian and French as well as 11+.  With my PGCE from the Institute of Education where I taught in two OFSTED outstanding schools (Claremont High School & Mossbourne Academy) as well as my degree at UCL, I am well trained in getting the most out of students and offering a personalised range of exciting, well-structured approaches to tuition. I aim to establish a strong rapport with students to meet their individual needs and help them reach my high expectations, while encouraging the same passion in subjects that I hold dear.

My Experience

I have been teaching and tutoring since 2009.

Three years teaching experience at South Hampstead High School, teaching German from beginners level to A-level and French from beginners level to Key Stage 3 (2011 – 2014).

Very familiar with and 100% success rate with Edexcel iGCSE and Edexcel and AQA A-level syllabi.

Also tutored 6th Form Students, helping them gain places at Oxford and Cambridge.

Volunteered at an after school club, Hampden Gurney School.

I tutored in Germany and Italy in 2009.

All of these experiences have helped me develop very strong pedagogical techniques, excellent communication skills and a fantastic rapport with individual clients and groups of students alike.
