Subjects I teach

Any art historical subject at both graduate and undergraduate level.

My Experience

At university, I taught a variety of subjects to both graduates and undergraduates including courses on 19th and 20th art history, the complexities of the current contemporary art market as well as more broad introductions to art from the 15th century to the present day.
As a private tutor, I have worked with a range of students with different interests such as conflict photojournalism, representation of pregnancy in the Italian Renaissance and Irish landscape painting in the 18th century. I have a strong broad theoretical and art historical knowledge and I can help students build convincing, well-written and skillfully structured essays.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have also published my work in Moving Image Review & Art Journal (MIRAJ) as well as the graduate journal Object. I have given talks and lectures around the world. I also work for a London based art consultancy.
