My Experience
After graduating from Manchester School of Management (UMIST) in Management and Information Technology; James went to work for a New York based investment vehicle run by the Hermes family. It was here where James was introduced to the world of commercial real estate development, brokerage and construction.
Whilst in New York, James was involved in creating the world’s first luxury real estate fund.  He worked alongside professionals with over 25 year’s experience and was exposed to the worlds leading tenants; dealing with the ownership and development of luxury retail properties on New York’s Madison Avenue, Beverly Hill’s Rodeo Drive and Honolulu, Hawaii.
On his return to the United Kingdom James became a Company Director and completed a number of development projects. Most recently, James worked with the Welsh Assembly Government and the Townscape Heritage Initiative to complete several grant funded mixed use developments in the North Wales area.
James now works at a university in London where he lectures in Real Estate Investment Management and Development.
