My Passion & How I Inspire

Initially I explain the topic, then ask for any particular questions regarding the topic/subject/area in order to clarify that with the student. Depending on the subject, I encourage students to do some practical exercises before we move to the main assignment/exam preparation. This ensures that the student fully understands the material. I assign some homework to be able to monitor the progress and identify the problem areas. I make a very structured plan for the exam preparations or assignments, so that the students are fully prepared and they can meet their deadlines. But most importantly I try to encourage students to think and work independently and feel more confident about the subject.
