My Passion & How I Inspire

My tutoring style varies depending on the studentā€™s preferences and their individual strengths and weaknesses. Lots of my lessons focus on one manageable topic and try to really grasp the concepts, and also include fun facts and setting the topic in a wider concept, both of which can make learning more interesting. I always pair learning with practising answering exam questions using material from recent past papers where possible. I am always happy for students to contact me via phone or email in between lessons. My real passion is mentoring, and helping students develop their inner confidence, and express themselves articulately.

'I've had other tutors who have just seemed to read from the textbook, but Clara clearly really understands what she is teaching and can always come up with another way of explaining things, so I really 'get it'.'

My Video Introduction

Fun fact

I can wrap my arm around my head; with my elbow behind my head I reach under my chin to touch my ear (right arm to right ear and vice versa)!
