My Passion & How I Inspire

Looking at my school teachers, I used to think that teaching was boring, because it is always the same repetitive subject. Until I actually ended up teaching maths to one of my best friend's younger sister. The feeling of satisfaction I got as she was gaining clarity over the task in hand was unprecedented for me. Never have I seen the direct correlation between my actions and their impact so strongly before. Tutoring and mentoring have been a constant in my life since. Each student brings new unexplored depths to dive into. The way I inspire my students is by empathising with their journey and becoming a stand for their transforming the learning experience into that which it should always have been - a fun and exciting adventure.

My Experience

I have taught maths to primary school children with Special Education Needs (SEN). I have also tutored children in maths at KS1 and KS2, as well as pupils at A-levels.

I have occasionally tutored students with essay and uni admission application writing, as well as CV preparation, job interviewing and presentation skills.

Lastly, I have taught technical CAD drawing to university engineering students.
